Bishop’s Palace Vegetable Garden
Grow Chichester were kindly offered space in the Bishop's Palace vegetable garden in 2013 after the Church Commission heard about our work in Oaklands Park. Work began in March 2014 and the site has gone from strength-to-strength ever since. We have now installed more accessible raised beds for planting and now hold three sessions a week at the site in spring/summer and two in the winter.
On Wednesday mornings, 10-12 we run The Low Impact Gardening Session; a slightly less impactful gardening session on offer to anyone. Saturday mornings 10-12pm we hold a session for anyone at all interested in growing and harvesting all manner of fruit and vegetables.
To find out when the latest sessions are on please look at the calendar on www.transitionchichester.org
